Remote Access Connectivity Plan

We are in the process of updating and expanding our remote access plan for
our campus. This process will take into account telephone, voicemail, LAN
access and video services. The plan will also address campus owned housing
as well as students living off campus in private apartments/homes. In the
past our remote access plan has been far more limited in scope. Are there
other campuses that have a remote access plan that have addressed any or
all of the areas I mentioned? If so, I would greatly appreciate the chance
to see any information/documentation you might have.
