We use LandingZone docks. Since we can't afford to give one to every user
we have a pretty simple policy:
-If you work in a shared office and don't have your own door then we will
give you a LandingZone dock.
-If you have your own office with a door that you can lock when you leave
the room then you would need to use department funds to buy a dock.
