I'm very wary of putting any kind of sharing of personnel information witho=
ut a login restricting things.
Have you looked into Office 365's new planner tool? It may do something lik=
e you want, integrated onenote notebooks and file attachments, too.

Hey Resnet folks,
I'm trying to find a tool to meet a need. I know what I want, and so I'm wo=
ndering if you have suggestions?
For my current desk, we have training for new students that is basically a =
three page Excel spreadsheet of items that are checked off as they are done=
. I'm trying to find an online tool for this that would do the following.
1) Allow me to create a standard list and copy it to share with indivi=
dual users (e.g., so I have a master "New Employee Training" list, and each=
employee gets a copy of that list for them to complete)
2) Allow me to share those lists in a format without a log-in. E.g., s=
o I could have a webpage with a link for each student, and the link would g=
o to view their task list, what has been done and what hasn't been done, wi=
thout having to log in or create an account.
Wunderlist does this pretty well, except their public list feature has been=
taken off line. For reasons I won't get into, I'm trying to avoid a wiki s=
ite.
Any suggestions?
