Hi all,

Providence College offers Swank digital streaming services through our library and our Faculty have already requested and assigned films from this platform. We are starting to field complaints from students with regard to buffering/slowness. In our testing over wired and wireless (including multiple wireless roles), we have not been able to replicate to issue. We are still gathering reports but it appears to happen at a variety of hours throughout the day and evening. At the moment, we believe it to be wireless specific but some students aren't not getting back to our requests. 

We are using Aruba products for our wireless solution and Enterasys for our wired infrastructure. 

I am wondering if anyone has had similar issues with Swank on their campus and could provide any feedback. In the meantime, we will continue to investigate the issue.
