Hey everyone; I'm hitting up a few lists here in hopes of getting a respons=
e.
We're seeing an odd issue where we deployed device licenses for Adobe Creat=
ive Cloud as part of a new image in our Mac labs and it worked... for a few=
days. Now the computers are slowly beginning to have communication issues=
and are reporting on the lab computers that they are not activated, despit=
e the Adobe admin console still listing them as active. On proposed resolu=
tion is to, on each computer, uninstall each package, run a cleaner, and re=
install each package, but as class have started and the labs are in use, th=
at's not really a viable solution. I wanted to see if anyone has encounter=
ed a similar issue and if so, what was your resolution to it.
Thanks in advance,
Sean
