Hi All,

Sorry if you receive this twice. The first post did not appear to go throu=
gh, so I am resending it.

I am looking for a simple but effective tool that can be used to search for=
various types of data across all of our file shares.

The underlying goal is to locate data that can be removed with minimal time=
investment. Keyword and file format searches are a must, but if there are=
better methods, I am interested in those as well.

We currently use a tool called FolderSizes, which is like a more robust ver=
sion of WinDirStat. It allows me to sort from largest to smallest, so I ca=
n deduce which directories are taking up the most storage space. It works =
okay, but I would love to find a tool that is a bit more agile (and faster)=
, if one exists.

Does anyone have a tool that they really love?

Thanks,

Shawn
