Hi All,
I am looking for a simple but effective tool that can be used to search for various types of data across all of our file shares.
The underlying goal is to locate data that can be removed with minimal time investment. Keyword and file format searches are a must, but if there are better methods, I am interested in those as well.
We currently use a tool called FolderSizes, which is like a more robust version of WinDirStat. It allows me to sort from largest to smallest, so I can deduce which directories are taking up the most storage space. It works okay, but I would love to find a tool that is a bit more agile (and faster), if one exists.
Does anyone have a tool that they really love?
Thanks,
Shawn
