Another vote for Axis cameras and DIY.  We’ve done this 5 or 6 times over the past decade on almost every major construction project.  Sometimes we’ve even set up a point-to-point wifi bridge when wiring was difficult to run.  A little cron job to grab a frame from the camera once per minute and put it on a web page and we were all set.
