We have a single log on that all the student employees use. They are
required to initial their entries in case we have a question about one.
They often forget which is not a huge problem. During our meetings, we have
adopted a custom I heard about from another school, which is a visit to the
'ticket zoo' to review problem tickets and how they can be improved. We
talk about initialing in every meeting.
