We are a small, undergrad institution (approx. 2K students). We have a
couple of designated student accounts (Student1 and Student2). Our Help
Desk students add their initials at the end of any commentary/ticketing
they perform, so there is attributable tracking (for me, as supervisor, to
conduct any additional training/learning opportunities) as well as a bit of
anonymity (as a mechanism of protection for them from external sources). We
use LibAnswers for our ticketing.
