I often call them "Hey you!"   

But seriously, we refer to ours as Help Desk Associates.    We used to use "Lab Advisors" but we have combined many of the duties between our main computer lab and our actual Help Desk and they may work at either location

Well, our most common and entry-level position is called a "Residential Computing Consultant" (RCC).  They handle the front-line support in the ResHalls.  However, we have a large number of more senior level student positions in the organization.  Our website has a listing of our student jobs (and titles) here:
