CommuniGate Pro has a great IMAP migration script for moving mail but
you would need to know the user's passwords and you woul dneed to make
sure IMAP is enabled within each user's Gmail account..... and it
wouldn't grab the calendar data.
I wonder if the Google Apps Exchange Migration tool would work?
