Be careful what you wish for.  As the "cloud" expands at whatever level
(outsourcing email to Live/Google/360/etc., storage to Google
Apps/SkyDrive/Apple cloud/etc, or backups for Dropbox/Box/etc) so does
your bandwidth demands.

Cloud backups are somewhat reasonable for phones/tablets/etc, but for a
"real" laptop/desktop with a Terabyte drive? 

Still below the Netflix/Youtube/Hulu/Pandora/Skype usage radar, as the
cloud access isn't always classified by our monitoring (primarily just
HTTP traffic), but I only see it growing over time.
