Arguably, this question is way off-topic for Resnet.  Asking forgiveness
for answering. . .

The hardest part to get right is the audio.  Let me say that twice: the
hardest part to get right is the audio.  You almost certainly want a
consultant.

The best auditorium treatment for video conferencing that I've seen was at
the Navy Post Grad school in Monterey.  Pictures at:
