Services Provided:
help with internet connection (computer or mobile device)
help with install of Microsoft Security Essentials (Anti-virus)
educate on malware removal with malwarebytes (We sometimes help
install and update, they run it on their system back in their rooms.)
Services Not Provided:
hardware repair (We have helped diagnose and refer them to
manufacturer or vendor depending on warranty status.)
software troubleshooting (OS issues or software programs)
We do not offer OS installs, data backup, or reformatting.
