We do a lot here - hardware installs, reformats and data backups, quoting, =
ordering, and installing hardware for students (both laptops and desktops),=
assisting with network/email access issues, and Dell warranty repair (stud=
ent supervisors are Dell warranty certified, as is our sysadmin).
