Very much the same.  We do configure email as well and provide support for =
gaming consoles, Google TV and other connected devices.

Regarding hardware we just started a program called U-FixIT.  This literall=
y was approved about a week before break so I have no data on it.

We had a number of client coming in and borrowing a screwdriver and then re=
placing everything from laptop hard drives to cell phone digitizers.  Someh=
ow I guess they thought we could help them if they really screwed it up.  W=
e decided to create a program and a better work area.  Essentially we loan =
tools, a bench outfitted with lights, and parts/screw holders.  We created =
an agreement to assign all risk to the client.  We offer advice but no hand=
s on help.

at their helpdesk for students?

For example: We connect students to the network, backup data and reinstall =
the OS (if they have their disks), remove viruses, stuff like that but very=
 little hardware.
