At Southeast Missouri State we have a main help desk that provides
support via telephone, email, and self-service. It deals with
administrative, academic, and student computer questions, as well as
issues with ID/passwords, email, wireless, OS and application software.
It is staffed by two full time staff and student workers (with double
coverage during lunch hours). Additionally a second site is located our
Towers residence hall and is staffed by students. This office typically
only deals with student issues.
