At Bellarmine we have been using TeamViewer, which has been great for us. =
Nice and easy to export the settings to a reg key that gets installed after=
imaging so it's good to go and configured with a password we can change by=
pushing out a GPO update.
I'll also say that it's free for personal use, so it's on my personal compu=
ter as well as my family's computers for when they inevitably call with a c=
omputer issue.

able to assist users remotely.
It needs to be cross-platform (Mac & Windows), easy for the end user to use=
