Hi Cesar,
From a student/residential perspective, we offer phone support, Monday through
Friday, 9AM - 5PM.
Beyond that, at each residential unit, there is a computer lab where our
technical staff hold drop-in technical support for roughly 3 hours per day
(including weekends). This is handy for folks with laptop questions or
problems.
We also offer several "appointment slots" where a resident can sign up for an
in-room appointment at varying times of the day, including weekends.
Since all of our technical services are provided by our student staff, the exact
schedule changes from semester to semester.
