The only one of those I've used is TeamViewer. It works fine for my needs,=
no issues. Some of the other IT people use it as well. I don't know abou=
t MAC support though. We only have a few MACs here, and I don't support th=
em.

We are looking for something like GoToMeeting, LogMeIn or TeamViewer to be =
able to assist users remotely.
It needs to be cross-platform (Mac & Windows), easy for the end user to use=

What do people use, like, or hate? (If you happen to be using LogMeIn, wh=
ich version do you use?)
