This is what we are doing for Windows 7. I assume the same process will
work for Windows 8.
1. Connect a system to the wireless network with the proper settings.
2. Export the wireless profile using the netsh command's export option.
3. Create a batch file to import the profile.
4. Wrap the files into an executable with iExpress.

5. Make the executable available to RAs, on help desk web site, and to
technicians.
The client runs the executable, authenticates, and gets network access. I
hope this helps.
