Data Cable and TV Cable

Oberlin College is wiring its first dorm this summer and the consultants
have asked if it is ok to run the data cable (Beldon Datatwist 350) and
the TV Cable in the same conduit.
Can anyone give me some feedback on their experiences with this. Has anyone
seen any problems either with their network or TV reception. Can the
two cables be in the same conduit?
