Greetings.  Over on the GCTIP Forums I've opened a poll (survey) to
gather information regarding the current state of bandwidth cap
deployments by ISPs -- wide participation and any additional
information replies regarding this would be much appreciated.  You do
need to be registered on the GCTIP Forums system to respond to the
poll or add information replies to the thread.
