Trusting Google just became much more difficult
I will add that Google intentionally breaking Chrome for older Linux
systems suddenly and WITHOUT ANY WARNING, and when the relevant
support page said nothing about support ending -- especially when the
relevant Chrome update contains important security fixes -- calls into
question whether or not Google can be trusted henceforth in various
important contexts. I find this very painful to say. -L
