There is a network monitoring tool called IP Watcher from En Garde
Systems. Apparently it is designed for investigating suspicious
activity, obtaining evidence of misuse and stopping malicious users
by hijacking or stopping their connections.
Does anybody on the list have any experience with this tool or
any comment to make about it?
