Hi:
According to the signup message, we're supposed to send a brief intro
to ourselves to the mailing list. =-)
My name is Chris"Topher" Hughes, and I am the Internet Manager for the
National Computer Security Association, located in Carlisle, PA, USA.
I am essentially a glorified sysadmin with a pretty title. =-) I am also a
student at a local college studying computer science.
As to my interest in ids - 1)I find it interesting 2) I need to maintain
a secure site, and 3) If a member of our association calls with an Internet
related security question, it tends to land on my desk - some of the questions
recently have concerned ids. =-)
