Would it be reasonable to create something akin to the Election Code, that
is a governing document but not part of the main three? There could either
be multiple documents (Committee X Bylaws, Committee Y Bylaws, etc.) or one
document with all the bylaws (which are supposed to have been written and
approved by Senate already...) for standing committees.
Thoughts?

I think that the Nominations Committee bylaws are more parallel to the byla=

I don't really want to see the Senate bylaws filled with a dozen commit=

IRC, all committees are nominally supposed to have them, though I don't=
recall where that's stated.)
Thus, I'd like to request the following amendments:
* Strike last that clause
