my only question/concern is in regards to laptops when speakers are here. i
think we should be able to use them during all other points in the meeting,
but it's rude to use them when someone is taking time to come talk to us.
the bill would be more productive if it had clearer terms, such as: members
of senate can use laptops at all times except during a presentation from a
guest speaker. something like that. maybe with a provision for special
circumstances, such as a closed session or something.
