Some thoughts on the list:
--local business over corporate business is always better IMO (i.e. Maripos=

Cafe instead of Starbucks)
--air hockey and foosball would be really loud and annoying to everyone els=
e
on the first floor. i dont think it's realistic to put those types of games
in that space
--if a non-coffee vendor goes in, i'm all for fro-yo over some fast food
chain
--if no food vendor goes in, i think an array of vending machines is a must
