This surprises me. How was this determined?

I don't think I recall any Blue Ribbon questions I would have answered 
like that; also, I would imagine the response would vary a lot depending 
on how the question is asked. I would probably say no to a proposal to 
close Next Dining and keep it as a relic, and yes to a proposal to replace 
the entire food prep area with more normal kitchens.

If it's as reported by the housemaster, well, uh...
