Hello all,
The enclosure and flat panel for the W20 outdoor signage system was
delivered this afternoon and delivered to the building.
There is a meeting scheduled for Wed. 3/10/10 at 11am for MIT Facilities, H=
B
Communications integration staff and anyone else listed who is able to
attend. The new channel player has been updated w/ the most recent Windows
software, MIT Virus scan, etc. It will be upgraded to the new player
version tomorrow.
I am hopeful that MIT Facilities staff can schedule the installation of the
enclosure no later than Tuesday, 3/16/10. We=92ll make the panel display t=
he
content later that week.
Thanks to all for working to get this very close to completion!
