Sure. Basically, I realized that there isn't anywhere that officially
states that the Treasurer handles reimbursements for UA spending. I
thought that should probably be codified, especially since Alex set up
a nice new online form. I also wanted to put some sort of time frame
on it that seemed reasonable on both sides (for the Treasurer and the
person expecting the reimbursement) to take out the constant guessing
game when it comes to people receiving their checks from SAO. The
timeline ensures that people can expect to receive their
reimbursements within a specific timeframe.
That was my reasoning.
