Dear Senate,
I hope you had a great Thanksgiving! After our brief hiatus last week, we
are meeting again tomorrow at 7:30pm in W20-400 for a nonvoting meeting to
review, discuss, and (if necessary) amend the UA's operating budget for
Spring 2010. As Alex emailed out earlier, the relevant files are located
online here:
The cover letter and defense:

se.pdf
The numbers (XLS):

t.xls
The numbers (PDF):

t.pdf
I strongly encourage you to review the budget in full before the meeting,
and come with questions/comments prepared. Discussion over email is
encouraged.
See you tomorrow!
Sincerely,
Paul
P.S. A few standard reminders:
1) If you expect to be absent for any part of the meeting, please let
ua-senate-attendance@mit.edu know, and do your best to find a proxy from
your living group.
2) There is still some money left in the constituency fund --
congratulations to Jont=E9 and Albert for organizing the first constituency
event at Next House! Tim and I are always willing to discuss possibilities
for events; just email ua-senate-officers@mit.edu. (Requests for grants
from the constituency fund should also be directed to that list.)
P.P.S. There will be no special guest this week -- the faculty panel Mike
and I had in mind ended up not working out due to professors being busy.
Our apologies, but we'll probably have a similar panel during the spring
instead.
