Just a quick question:

Could the name perhaps be changed to "Bill to Authorize the Treasurer =20=

to Reallocate Committee Money to Student Groups"?

I do not think that the current title really captures the intent of =20
the bill (i.e. the title makes it seem as though it is a very broad =20
measure whereas the actual bill has a more focused scope). The bill =20
seems pretty straightforward, and I support what appears to be the =20
bill's intent-- to open "dead" or unused funds to student groups.

Thanks,
Jont=E9 Craighead
