Hi, everyone:

As discussed at Monday's meeting, we will have a Senate Caucus this Saturda=
y
to organize our efforts on the topics we discussed on Monday. We will meet
first to discuss the problem solving process, and then we will move on to
breakout groups on the various topics. Each breakout group will then presen=
t
action items for Senate, and we can then take it from there. The Structure
of the UA will not be discussed because the Restructuring Committee will be
meeting immediately after the Caucus.

Topics for us to consider (we don't have to tackle all of these, and we may
add more):

   - Enrollment
   - Kitchen Renovations
   - Dining Referendum
   - Walker Memorial
   - Student Center Utilization

We will be inviting the new Senators to an informal discussion 30 minutes
before the caucus--this should help you get up to speed on how to be
effective as a Senator and how to accomplish your goals in the remainder of
the semester.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks, and see you tomorrow,
Jont=E9 Craighead
