Hi all,
Based on Saturday's Caucus, it seems like everyone there likes the idea of a
referendum ( a direct vote asking all constituent to vote on a particular
issue). I'm not sure what the exact steps are in initiating a referendum,
but writing a bill is definitely the first step. Attached is a link
to Google doc with the rough draft of the bill, if you like editing
rights please email me with your gmail. I don't want to make it
so everyone with the link can edit for obvious reasons. Thanks.
