While this is a unique idea that has some promise, good luck convincing admi=
ns that the quality from food trucks > quality from a dining kitchen...

Also, if you're going by the "free market" approach, this seems like a rehas=
h of campus food.com;  in fact it might be cheaper if MIT just subsidized st=
udents going on campus food. By your own criteria, there would be more selec=
tion, food is available at your door in a timely manner, and you don't have t=
o worry about recruiting new trucks/businesses.=20
