Just to explain why this isn't available to non-members (aka listeners):
These are PENDING Senate minutes, and as such are not to be made
publicly available until approval. Sorry for the second email to explain
this, but we thought this would be a bit more transparent sending the
email to everyone on ua-fprc, even though only members can view it.
