Dear Council,
As an undergrad, I think it might be worth exploring changing the =
by-laws/constitution moving forward such that the acting UA P does not =
appoint a replacement to the Judicial Board in the event of a =
resignation. As, from my understanding, only one current member of the =
Judicial Board was appointed by someone other than the current UA P, it =
seems this inability to reach a consensus might be a result of this =
conflict of interest. Perhaps the remaining members on the JudBoard =
would be better suited to find a replacement and have the UA P/Council =
confirm this person. Just a suggestion.
