I have installed Netscape 2.0 beta in outland as 'netscape-beta'. To
run it, add outland; netscape-beta. It has been installed for SGI, Sun,
Linux and NetBSD. There is no Netscape 2.0 beta for AIX, and of course,
Ultrix. Additionally, there is only Java support on SGIs and Suns in this
version. This release of Netscape 2.0 Beta expires on December 15, 1995,
and will warn of this starting December 1, 1995. (Of course, Netscape 2.0
should be release by then, or at least a newer beta, but I'm including
that just so you know.)

I installed modified versions of the infoagents wrapper scripts, so
everything does the right thing and is quite happy. Users should
select 'Cancel' on the first dialog box they see, unless they want
their 1.1N preferences/etc blown away. (Unless they plan not to use 1.1N
again, this isn't a good idea. I can't disable this, and probably shouldn't
if I could.) Netscape 2.0 has lots of new and interesting features,
some good, some bad.

   Enjoy!
