Hello,
I've installed tgif, a great 2D structured drawing program, in outland
for linux, sun4, decmips, and rsaix. IMHO, it has many more features
and has a much cleaner and usable interface than either xfig or idraw.
To run it:
add outland; tgif
From the man page:
tgif - Xlib based interactive 2-D drawing facility under
X11. Supports hierarchical construction of drawings and
easy navigation between sets of drawings. It can also be
used to launch applications. It's also a hyper-graphics
(or hyper-structured-graphics) browser on the World-Wide-
Web.
To see a demo of the WWW capability:
add outland; tgifwww
It has lots of great features and I'd suggest people
(especially those needing to draw circuit diagrams)
play around with it.
--- Erik
