Everyone's favorite RSI preventer, xwrits, has suffered extreme feature bloat
and is now more fun.
As the man page says
This looks pretty spectacular:
xwrits t=0 b=:2 f fla=.5 m=.3 max=100
Whee!!
add outland
xwrits &
love,

[DESCRIPTION
xwrits reminds you to take wrist breaks (to try and prevent
repetitive stress injuries).
1. It waits for 55 minutes, then pops up the warning window,
meaning you should take a break.
2. You click on it and go take a break. The display changes
while you should be resting.
3. The display changes again when you can go back to typing.
You click on it when you actually do start typing again.
4. It hides again. Return to step 1.]
