The FrameMaker document publishing system on Athena has been updated to 7.1.
From my announcement to users:
FrameMaker 7.1 is now available for Athena Suns. This is an incremental
update, and file formats should be fully compatible with 7.0. Details of the
new functionality are listed at https://web.mit.edu/frame_v7.1/faq.pdf,
and in other pdf documents in the same directory.
A full online manual (also accessible from within FrameMaker) is at
https://web.mit.edu/frame_v7.1/distrib/sun4x_59/fminit/usenglish/Help/help.html
(you will need an MIT certificate to access the latter).
We expect to make this version the Athena default during Summer
2004. To run it now:
add frame
maker -ver 7.1
