I've updated the xcircuit circuit layout and drawing application
on Athena to release 3.1.7 for Linux machines (I couldn't locate a
Sun binary, and it won't build correctly from source code on Suns).
This is a major new release, and the most noteworthy change is that
xcircuit is now based on Tcl/Tk. To run it now (Linux only):
add xcircuit
xcircuit -ver 3.1.7 &
