I've updated SU2 (Stanford University Unstructured) on Athena to release
4.3. SU2 is a suite of software tools for solving PDE (partial
differential equation) analysis and solving PDE constrained optimization
problems, primarily in the areas of computational fluid dynamics and
aerodynamical shape optimization.
To run it:
setup su2_v4.3
<su2 program> <config file>
and run SU2 commands as in the second line above in the window that
opens.
We are building the SU2 binaries with MPI support, so it's possible to
run computations in parallel, up to the maximum number of processing
cores in Athena machines (currently this is 4).
