nmcalc installed in ktools

I've installed nmcalc in the ktools locker for Solaris, Irix, Linux
and NetBSD.  It's a program that converts netmasks between dotted quad
notation, CIDR notation, and bitstring notation in addition to giving
you other information like the high and low addresses on a network.
To run it:

	add ktools
	nmcalc

Read the man page for details on use:

	man nmcalc
