I've update CLC Sequence Viewer on Athena to 6.5.1. CLC Sequence Viewer
is a tool for bioinformatics analysis including alignment creation and
editing, interactive restriction site analysis, phylogenetics,
integrated GenBank searches and DNA to protein translation.

CLC Sequence Viewer on Athena has been updated to 6.5.1 and this
version has been made the default. To run it:
add clcbio
clcseqview6 &
There is online help and tutorial material within the application, and
a pdf manual is at
