I've updated Geneious on Athena to 5.3.6. Geneious is an integrated
bioinformatics tool suite for manipulating, finding, sharing and
exploring biological data. To run it:
add geneious
geneious &

Geneious on Athena has been updated to 5.3.6 (free version) and this
has been made the default. For release notes and new features follow
Help -> Online Resources -> Release Notes within the GUI. To run the
prior 4.8.2 for a limited time:
add geneious
geneious -ver 4.8.2 &
There is online help and tutorial material within the application, and
a pdf manual is at
http://web.mit.edu/geneious_v5.3.6/GeneiousManual.pdf.
