Mosaic 2.4 which used to reside in outland has now been moved to sipb.
It can be run by typing add sipb; Mosaic&
There are a few changes from the old 2.2 to the new 2.4:
telnet bug fix (though our 2.2 was patched I believe to fix this)
	PGP and PEM support
	added HDF format support
Some of the patches applied to the 2.2 have not yet been applied to 2.4
But I hope this does not affect anybody badly (these are mostly interface patches).

The major noticeable change will be in the size of fonts (much smaller)

BUGS:
in order to sped up the loading and display of external pictures,
a short hack named xvclient has been written, This program only loads xv once
and then uses that to display a picture.. Problems can arise if the xv is then
used to view other pictures (all xvclient does is replace the old picture and
make xv reload what it thinks is the current picture.. problems can arise.. so:
to make Mosaic NOT use xvclient (which will create a large slowdown on
machines such as the AIX), make the mimetype image/* run xv %s instead
(read about configuring mimetypes in the Help menu if you want to know exactly
what is involved, or send me mail (yoav@mit.edu).
